Grant amount: 65 250€ in the form of an extraordinary loan repayment, i.e. 30% of the loan amount determined in accordance with the Guarantee Instrument Agreement

Project objectives: The objective of the project was to develop and validate a pre-production prototype of the 4th generation of an automated non-contact measurement system for precise control of the embossing depth of plate heat exchanger plates, ready for industrial deployment and commercialisation. The project focused on achieving high metrological reliability, digital integration in line with Industry 4.0 principles, and on establishing a technological foundation for reducing scrap rates, energy losses, and the environmental burden in the manufacturing of plate heat exchangers.
